CWCB: Public Comment on Rocky Mountain National Park Changes of Water Rights
Per the Board's instructions. an invitation has been extended to several dozen people to attend the Board meeting and present their views on the subject changes of water rights (see enclosure). Following the public comment period, the Board will discuss this matter in executive session.
