“The Troublesome Unit would use waters from tributaries of Troublesome Creek and waste and spills from the Parshall Unit. Regulation and storage of some of the Troublesome Creek water would be in Haypark Reservoir. The Reservoir would have a capacity of 20,100 acre feet.”
