Nondiscriminatory treatment to the products of Romania communication from the President of the United States transmitting a copy of the "agreement on trade relations between the government of the United States and the government of Romania" will promote the purposes of the Trade Act of 1974 and is in the national interests, pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 2437(a).
