Operation foresight a new heart for Grand Junction.
This film gives a look at building in downtown Grand Junction during the early 1960's. Curbs and parking areas were restored and newly built. A storm sewerage system was installed. Business increased by $4 million from 1962 to 1963, while the number of traffic accidents was cut in half.
