Julius and Ethel Rosenberg Are Convicted of Espionage ca. 1953

In 1953, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted of passing information about the atomic bomb to the Soviet Union. Shortly thereafter, both Rosenbergs were executed in the electric chair at Sing Sing Correctional Facility in New York State.
