Options for changing the Army's overseas basing

This study by the Congressional Budget Office examines issues related to the current basing of U.S. forces overseas. Most of the discussion of changing U.S. basing overseas has focused on Army forces in Europe and South Korea, so this study looks primarily at those two areas.
