Termination of waiver authority communication from the President of the United States transmitting his decision to terminate the application of Title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2431 et seq.) to the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Republic of Hungary, also proclaim the extension of nondiscriminatory treatment (most-favored-nation (MFN) treatment) to the products of both countries.
