Present were~ John Harper, Laird Smith., Earl Gosa, Reed Black, · Bill Nelson, Cliff Jex, Tom Beattie, John Burton, Silmon Smith. Direc~or Lairc Smith explained the organization of the Committee to the members pre'3ent and then turned the meeting over to John Harper, chairman. In the Comrri·i::,te..: "!lake-up, Chairman Harper suggested the appointment of group ch3._;_rmer:. to handle the three sub-committees of the Ylater Conn:nittee ,, Laird_l:;mith suggested that Mr. Harper appoint these sub-committees 0 The Chairman outlined the need for a definite policy so that each committee me;uber would be informed on the program and policy.
