Continuation of the national emergency with respect to the risk of nuclear proliferation in the territory of the Russian Federation message from the President of the United States transmitting notification that the national emergency with respect to the risk of nuclear proliferation created by the accumulation of weapons-usable fissile material in the territory of the Russian Federation is to remain in effect beyond June 21, 2011, pursuant to 50 U.S.C. 1622(d).
